nice music excellent service other restaurants helpful staff
i enjoyed the pool area it featured music and service. i found it close to west beach so visits were convenient. i would like to come back and explore other restaurants for example jade. the staff was very kind and helpful
the drink prices looked high similar to other locations in the area. it felt excessive but seems widespread in this city

amazing room and service
great food excellent service fun music close beach
i enjoyed my time at the beach deck restaurant the food and cocktails were good the service was excellent kshitij and sanyog provided great service i recommend this place for dinner with cocktails the pool was fantastic and the music was fun close to west beach.
the excessive drink prices were a slight issue but seem common throughout the area. i'm unsure why drinks are so expensive.

nice buffet food selection unhelpful staff check-in system
i liked that the hotel had a good selection of food at breakfast it was buffet style and seemed clean
i felt heartbroken by the service at this hotel the check in system was down when i arrived at 730am i was told to return later the staff were unhelpful i found this disappointing

attentive service pool area delicious food
The pool party was energetic with great music and a lively atmosphere. The pool area included sun loungers. The staff was friendly, and their attentive service was good. Cocktails were delicious. The Wagyu baos were lovely.
The hotel sometimes had several events, and non-guests occasionally seemed to receive preferential treatment.

weight machines cold flannels confusing process delayed check-in
the gym was clean! it had water and cold flannels. there were also plenty of weight machines to use.
Downstairs was really different! the check-in process was confusing and delayed. one staff member told me to go left, another told me to go right. That wasted time.
